Will Prestes
Will has been around for a while
He built a career in product development and marketing strategy, working from Los Angeles, London, São Paulo, and currently living in Aveiro, Portugal.
It's been more than 20 years. Can you believe how time flies?
He packed all those transferable skills and found purpose in instructional design and development, using technology, UX, and educational theories to help people learn and achieve their goals.
You can access his LinkedIn profile here.
Co-founder | Motion Designer
Luanna Nepomuceno
Lu (short for Luanna) has juggled projects in 9 countries all at once. Crazy times.
That's because she used to work for film and advert production companies.
Now she focuses all her video making and motion design skills towards learning experiences.
All that just because interactive video and immersive visual experiences are the future. Plus she wants to use her superpowers for the good, like transforming people for the better through the learning experiences she makes.

Our Manifesto
Very simple. It's not rocket science, really.
But even if it were, it would be a lot easier to learn about it from an immersive real-life simulation experience than from an avalanche of dull information. Don't you think?
We love being that invisible force that enables people to transform themselves through learning.
And that invisible force comes in many shapes. It can be fun, engaging, immersive, life-like, deep, sometimes even emotional. But never boring. Boring is the enemy.
It shouldn't be boring for sure, but it definitely must be measurable. It's non-negotiable.
Think about it. If we don't measure, we can't track learning. If we can't track learning, we'll never witness transformation.
And that is the whole point, isn't it? Being that invsbl force that leads to transformation.
