Our (invisible)

Process

Our work process at invsbl.studio draws inspiration from four disciplines, which complement each other."

Andragogy
Methods and principles for adults to learn, including the most effective ways to define objectives, measure results and use multimedia in learning. We are influenced by Bloom's taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation, Richard Mayer's guidelines for multimedia learning, Robert Gagne's Events of Instruction and others.

Design Thinking
A methodology that enables us to solve complex problems in a short time, challenging assumptions, redefining problems, creating prototypes and testing them.
Specifically, we use a method called Action Mapping, developed by Cathy Moore, which uses the same principals, but adapted to training and learning.

Data Analysis
It's hard to know if learning objectives were accomplished if there is no proper data collection and analysis.
We rely on technology to track users progress throughout the learning experience, using a protocol called xAPI (experience API).
We build dashboards with charts that make it easy for the client to see how team members are performing.

Project Management
Developing immersive learning experiences take a lot of work and require many disciplines and different stakeholders in a project.
In order to make sure all processes run smoothly, we are extra attentive to every detail in the process, using a mix of project management agile methods and tools.
