Our Approach
Gamification is proven to be an effective motivator for people in training.
Nevertheless, gamification is a lot more than leader boards and earning badges. It is about gradually overcoming harder challenges, building skills from errors, the balance between effort and reward and much more.
Here at invsbl.studio, we apply gamification cautiously, only when the benefits in engagement are clear for the project. Otherwise, it might become more of a distractor than a motivator.
